Terms of Service

Using Hommato
Hommato is a household tracker for bills, appliances, car maintenance, warranties, and a shared family calendar, operated by Werino. It's currently free to download and use, on Android (iOS is coming). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of consent in your country if higher, to create a Hommato account.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Your household
You're responsible for what you add to your household and for who you invite into it. Everyone in a household can see and edit the records in it. If you own a household and delete your account, that household and everything in it is deleted for every member — there's no ownership transfer today, so hand off or export anything important before deleting an account that owns a shared household.
Your content
You own the records, photos, and other content you add to Hommato. We store it in order to provide the app's features — including household sharing and push reminders — and won't use it for anything else.
Acceptable use
Don't use Hommato for anything illegal, don't try to access another household's data without permission, and don't abuse or automate the invite system.
Free service and future plans
Hommato is free today. We may introduce paid plans or premium features in the future; if we do, current free functionality won't be taken away without reasonable notice, and any new paid features will be clearly marked before you're charged.
Availability and reminders
We aim to keep Hommato running reliably, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that push reminders will always arrive on time — delivery depends on your device, network, and third-party push services outside our control. Don't rely on Hommato as your only reminder for time-sensitive payments or events.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
Hommato is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including late fees, missed payments, or data loss — arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms as Hommato evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use Hommato after a change means you accept the updated terms.
